The student associations Humanit'aime and Make it Green from UniLaSalle were present!
3 words on the program: discover, understand, act!
With the support of the AFD (French Development Agency), FAIRe un monde équitable and Max Havelaar France proposed a day of sharing and exchange around fair trade and responsible consumption. From 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., presentations of student associations, projects, testimonies and training on good awareness practices followed one another. Participants were able to test their knowledge, learn, understand and above all meet fair trade producers and students determined to make a difference for a fairer world for all!
The association Génération Equitable, also coordinator of this event, invited the student associations Humanit'aime from UniLaSalle Rennes and Make it Green from UniLaSalle Rouen to come and testify during this day. Thus, the members were able to share their experience through their partnership with Génération Equitable and to present the various events and activities set up on the KerLann and Mont-Saint-Aignan campuses. They were also able to leave with concrete tools under their arm and ideas in their head...
It is therefore a real common desire of these associations to "train in fair trade to offer fair trade products on campus".
A new opportunity to promote the local actions and projects of these active members and to inspire future students!
