The film highlights the actions taken by farmers in favor of food production that protects the soil, and therefore water and biodiversity.

Released in cinemas last Saturday, March 11, the film "Paysans du Ciel à la Terre" (Farmers from Heaven to Earth), directed by Hervé Payen, Agathe Vannieu and Philippe Frutier, is supported by UniLaSalle. This production gives a voice to farmers who "do their best to cultivate the land in a respectful and innovative way", working "with the life of the soil to feed the Earth as well as mankind". The film thus highlights the actions taken by farmers in favor of food production that protects the soil, and therefore water and biodiversity.

A theme that resonates with UniLaSalle's training and research activities in agroecology, soil, water and biodiversity management, but also with its strategy of ecological and societal transformation Uni4change.

Meet in this film, Théo SERGHERAERT (Agriculture, 2019, Rouen), UniLaSalle agronomy engineer, founder of Greensol.

In theaters since March 11, 2023, find the next releases in cinemas on the website of the film.
